CÉCILE DEBELLEIX

Gratduated from Sciences Po Bordeaux in 1989, Cécile Debelleix is also the holder of a Certificate of Further Education in History . She continued her studies in London, where she took lessons at Kingston University for a year . After several different experiences in Human Ressources (six years of which were with recruiting head-hunter specialists Vuchot Ward Howell), she continued in business with the Sacpa-Chenil(Kennel) Service Group, which grew from 15 people to more than 200 employees. She accompanied this company through all the developmental phases on all areas linked to human ressources.

In parallel, she continued to run an activity as part of an association with Science-Po Bordeaux and where she is currently vice-president of the association of former students . In this role,she offers voluntary help to those looking for a job . Passionate about golf, she has practiced this precision sport for a number of years .

EMMANUELLE LAGAIN

After choosing a business school, l’INSEEC Bordeaux where she graduated from in 1990, Emmanuelle Lagain began her career in a recruiting firm, working at the center of the François Sanchez Consultants groupe for 4 years. Starting as a research officer, she was then given responsability for the entire department .

She left Paris for Rennes where she joined the human resources headquarters for the commercial branch of the Yves Rocher groupe in 1996. These new functions allowed her to gain vital experience in recruiting and enabled her to approach a path in personnel management within the group in France .

Returning to Bordeaux in 2000,she chose to prioritize her three daughters and fill in census missions, create associations, one of which was Amap, offering help for the preparation of student oral exams for the HEC exams (Higher Educations studies in Business), and perfecting her golf swing, a hobby that she shares with Cécile .
