A new mission is primarily an exciting time to research a sector and study the competition . Understanding the structure of a particular industry allows for more precise targeting of future candidates in accordance with the positioning and needs of our client.
If some firms opt for sector specialisation as a guarantee of better knowledge of jobs, Fovéa has, since 2011, taken a different approach . And of course, with success ! We indeed believe that by varying our areas of expertise, we can have a fresh outlook on each new recruiting process . The advantage that we take from this is to be able to move forward without any preconceived ideas, without possessing any thinking automatisms, while broadening the spectrum to the maximum with our search tools .
